Noble M12 GTO 3R

With all the problems I have had with car over the last year

I believe that I have a 'lemon'. I have asked Christopher Neil for

replacement car or for them to buy it back from me. They have refused to do

both. I have picked this car up MANY times, everytime assured it is fixed, it never has been

I am not being unreasonable here, but I think Christopher Neil are

** WARNING **

I must make you aware of all the problems this car has had, please bear in mind also that most of these problems occurred more than once even after being fixed by Christopher Neil

• Air Con Unit has failed

• Speedo jumps and has failed

• Headlights have not worked correctly

• Water has entered the headlight unit and the lights corroded

• Exhaust has come loose many times and had to be welded back on

• One of the Turbos has become loose and nearly fell off

• The driveshaft has broken 3 times so far

• The main fuse has blown loosing all power and electrics in the car

• The Windscreen wipers have failed a number of times, including once on the motorway in heavy traffic

• The Throttle cable stuck which resulted in the car accelerating to over 100 MPH on the public roads

• The Disks and Pads have had to be replaced many times

• Water has entered the spoiler

• Electric problem in that the headlights dim every so often when on

• The engine misfires when accelerating in 2nd gear

• Passenger wing mirror goes off centre all the time

Apart from that works great!

Would consider swapping for Kangoo Van, Segway Human Transporter or other more reliable form of transport (Donkey perhaps?)

14/04/2005 - I have agreed for Noble to look at the car

18/04/2005 - Noble picked the car up from Christopher Neils

03/05/2005 - I was informed my car was ready for collection

06/05/2005 4PM - The car was delivered to me at a chosen airport

06/05/2005 8PM - Found issues with the car

07/05/2005 (Sat)- Tried to get in contract with the factory, no response

08/05/2005 - Decided to leave the car for Noble to pick up and fly home. If the factory can't fix a fault for more than a few hours what chance have I got? What else is about to break I ask?

20/05/2005 - Recieved the car back. Did not drive due to being away

02/06/2005 - Drove car, after 2 hours found myself stuck at the side of road with broken windscreen wipers again.

03/06/2005 - Contacted Noble, was told to take it to a dealer, no collection or anything offered

05/05/2005 - Drove car, Speedo failed - AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

19/10/2005 - Spoke to Christopher Neils who agreed to help sell my car if I took the website down. I took the website down a number of months ago. I called yesterday to confirm arrangments for selling the car, they did not return my call, on calling them back, Steve has told me they have backtracked on the offer to sell my car!!!!

02/11/2005 - Our Provider removed this site due to a Solicitors letter they recieved, and therefore taken some time for us to find a new host
